Connecting Telemetry to LLM for Sensor-Informed Adaptive Design Analytics
Based on the design of Project Mjolnir, an open-source adaptive mountain bike, we started this research with the aim to study the adaptability and efficiency in the mechanics and ergonomics of the design for users with various physical ability and disability. At this point, I designed and fabricated the hardware and the team is working on the build of accessible and replicable system with open-source hardware and web-based interface to analyze and visualize the data.
The research is in the phase of development with limited documentations. Please reach out to me if you are interested in contributing to the research or joining the trial.
Role and Credit:
I lead this research team of 3 with Andy Cho and Jonathan Teng, who helped with the execution of data acquisition and analysis in the sensor system and research procedure I designed. It is conducted within the Project Mjolnir VIP (Vertically Integrated Project) advised by Noel Joyce and Phil Caridi under NYU Tandon School of Engineering.
